I teach yoga classes in the styles decribed below. Some are challenging and others very relaxing.

Bikram Hot Yoga

Bikram Yoga classes consist of a fixed sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. It well tailored for both the experienced and anyone walking in the yoga room for the first time.

The room is heated to a sweltering 40°C (105°F) with a humidity of 40%, aiming to replicate the climate of India. The heated environment is believed to warm the muscles, allowing practitioners to work through tightness, aches, and pains.

The intense heat encourages sweating, which is thought to release toxins and impurities through the skin. Regular practice of Bikram Yoga is believed to be beneficial for overall health and can serve as a treatment for chronic pain or muscle discomfort. Most yoga studios will use infrared heating panels for additional health benefits.

Hardward University published an official randomized trial that showed as much benefits as medicin for people with depression. Bikram yoga is the same environment and same 90 minutes sequence taught by the well trained yoga teachers.

In the yoga room you will only bring your yoga mat, towel covering the mat and a waterbottle.
I have known Jesper since 2018, since then I have had the pleasure to see him transform as a person and grow as a teacher. Jesper is a dedicated and sincere teacher with a deep desire to help people experience the deep healing of yoga.Amrei Marden

YOGABODY Flow

Vinyasa Yoga, also known as vinyasa flow, is a popular contemporary style of yoga that seamlessly links movement and breath.

It is characterized by stringing postures together so that you transition from one pose to another smoothly. Unlike hatha yoga, where poses are practiced individually with rest in between, vinyasa classes create a flowing sequence of movements.

In Vinyasa Yoga, each movement is synchronized with a breath. The breath acts as an anchor, guiding you from one pose to the next.
I would like to recommend Jesper as a very dedicated, knowledgeble and hard-working yoga teacher. I had the pleasure of seeing his progress and growth during the Yoga Teachers College that he completed with YOGABODY in May 2019. During the program, he showed high knowledge of yoga anatomy, yoga asana and business principles. I would highly reccomend him as an amazing yoga teacher with a solid level of teaching.Ekaterina Zyrina

Yin yoga

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, meditative style of yoga that focuses on the deeper layers of the body.

In Yin Yoga, poses are held for extended periods, typically three to five minutes or even longer. Unlike other yoga styles that emphasize muscle engagement, Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues (such as ligaments) rather than the muscles.

Yin Yoga aims to direct stimulation deeper than the superficial or muscular tissues. It complements dynamic and muscular yoga practices by emphasizing internal heat and the lengthening and contracting of muscles.
